Sanjay Bakshi is a Distinguished Adjunct Professor of Finance at Flame University in Pune, where he teaches behavioral economics and business and investment analysis to undergraduate students and experienced investors in executive programs. Previously, he was an Adjunct Professor at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, where he taught behavioral finance and business valuation for 21 years. He is also a Managing Partner at ValueQuest Capital LLP, a SEBI-registered investment adviser that advises its onshore and offshore clients on their public-market investments in India. The firm is also the investment manager of an Alternative Investment Fund. Sanjay has been advising family offices on their public market investments for 32 years. Sanjay received an M.Sc. (Economics) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.Com. (Hons.) from the University of Delhi. He is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is 60 years old and lives in New Delhi.

Swanand is the Managing Partner of Breakout Capital Advisors which manages about USD 1.7 bn. in public equities across India and Emerging Markets . Before co-founding Breakout, Swanand worked at Morgan Stanley Investment Management for 14 years overseeing the firm’s Indian public investments. He joined Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in 2007 and rose through the ranks to become Managing Director in 2017. Funds advised by Swanand had top decile performance between 2014 and 2018 and won the best fund award in Citywire rankings in 2017. Before Morgan Stanley, Swanand has worked with Fidelity International and HSBC Asset Management Swanand is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. He has been an op-ed contributor to Mint, Bloomberg and Money Control writing on investing, emerging markets and macro.In 2020 Swanand took a one-year sabbatical from his corporate job.  During that year he became a qualified yoga teacher certified by World Yoga Alliance, published short stories, trained at the Gary Kirsten cricket academy in Cape Town and learnt how to cook a five-course meal. Swanand supports a grassroots initiative for women cricketers and a school for the underprivileged in Mumbai.

Mr. Manish Gunwani serves as the Chief Investment Officer – Equity at Bandhan AMC. He brings rich fund management experience and an excellent track record of wealth creation for investors. Mr. Gunwani’s proven expertise and successful track record has helped further enhance the equity franchise of the fund house.Mr. Gunwani has over 30 years of rich experience, covering the entire gamut of equity research as well as fund management. In his previous assignment, Mr. Gunwani was the Chief Investment Officer – Equities at Nippon India Mutual Fund where he was responsible for equity AUM exceeding Rs 1.2 lakh crores. Under his leadership, equity funds saw broad-based and steady improvement in performance. Before this, he was the Deputy CIO (Equities) at ICICI Prudential AMC, where he was instrumental in scaling up two flagship funds to a cumulative AUM of over Rs. 35,000 crores.An alumnus of IIT Madras, Mr. Gunwani also holds a postgraduate diploma in management from IIM Bangalore.
