FEMTOR – The Mentorship Club
FEMTOR- The Mentorship Club is a volunteer-led initiative that supports women members in developing skills to grow through different career stages and realize full potential.
The club aspires to build a community to:
- Foster practical discussions on professional and personal matter
- Network with industry role models, develop the snowball effect and grow one’s sphere of influence
- Find a way for women members to stay in profession, not just to survive but to thrive
- Promote “Career-Self Reliance”

Our endeavor is to create mentor-mentee relationships between early to mid women charterholders and senior charterholders whereby the latter can share invaluable and unbiased career-advancing advice to the younger cohort.
