CFA Society India is pleased to host a workshop on advanced valuation techniques. This workshop will be conducted by Mr. Arun Rathnam, Director, Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP. The workshop will take a case study approach covering various aspects of valuing a public company. It will also look at the nuances of valuing complex securities.
The workshop is primarily for members of CFA Society India; however, a limited number of seats are open to CFA Program candidates.

Arun Rathnam P - Director, EY India
Arun is a Director with EY Valuations, Business Modelling and Economics practice in EY India. He has close to 19 years of experience in valuing companies across various sectors such as Pharma, Healthcare, Information Technology, Consumer and Heavy Industrials. Arun has completed his MBA from Bharathidasan University, Trichy and Computer sciences engineering from Madras University. Arun is passionate about teaching. He regularly conducts trainings and workshops - in EY as well as for his clients, b-schools and various forums, such as the Bangalore Registered Valuation Chapter, Institute of Companies Secretaries of India, etc.
