Visibility is no longer optional – it’s a leadership imperative. But for many professionals, especially women, the idea of “self promotion” feels uncomfortable, inauthentic, or risky.
This workshop transforms visibility from a performance into a practice of conscious alignment. Participants are guided to re-frame visibility as a way of honoring their impact, aspirations and voice, not diminishing them. Drawing from neuroscience, leadership research, and its Influencer Spectrum,™ Shenomics helps participants assess their current visibility, confront limiting beliefs, and adopt sustainable strategies to grow their presence without compromising who they are.
