Emotional intelligence is “something” in each of us that is a bit intangible. It affects how we manage behavior, navigate social complexities, and make personal decisions to achieve positive results. This Module takes the participants on a journey of self-discovery of understanding their Emotional Quotient and how it impacts all aspects of their personal and professional relationships.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Khyati Shah, Founder – Katalist, has 2 decades of experience in leadership roles in financial services (ICICI Bank, CRISIL, NSE and BSE), largely in the SME and startup space. Over time, Khyati has developed insights into the challenges and struggles people face in various leadership roles as well as in their personal lives. She is a Transformation Coach and has worked with senior leaders, entrepreneurs as well as people from multiple walks of life for enabling them to deal with their situations more effectively, so that they are able to achieve their true potential and progress towards a better life. Khyati is empaneled as a Mentor with the Cherie Blaire Foundation to support women entrepreneurs. She has a CFA certificate from ICFAI. Khyati is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC – ICF), certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace) enabler and is certified in Transaction Analysis as well.
MODERATOR:
Arati Porwal is the Director- Society Relations, India at CFA Institute. Arati is responsible for working with CFA Society India and volunteer groups. She is also responsible for membership growth and volunteer management, in addition to supporting prep providers in India. Before joining CFA Institute, Arati was the Senior Market Advisor of Enterprise Ireland, providing advisory services to Ireland enterprises on market entry into India. She also worked as the Chief Representative –India, for Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Arati has worked in various roles in the financial services and insurance industry for thirteen years before joining CIMA. Arati has a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the Mumbai University and a PGP in Business Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Arati is also a certified life and leadership coach.
