Great financial thinking deserves great communication. This experiential workshop is designed to help finance professionals transform complex ideas, financial data, and investment recommendations into communication that is clear, credible, persuasive, and memorable. Through practical exercises, realistic finance scenarios, visual thinking, storytelling, repeated speaking practice, and peer feedback, participants will develop the ability to communicate complex concepts without excessive jargon, turn data and charts into compelling business messages, build executive presence, and handle challenging questions with confidence. The session culminates in a final pitch, allowing participants to apply the complete communication framework in a practical setting.

Komal Goenka is an Educationist, Visual Thinking Facilitator, Communication Coach, and Founder of Phonic World. She is a UK-accredited Jolly Phonics and Grammar Trainer, professional storyteller, and Certified Visual Thinking Trainer from the Netherlands. With an MBA and extensive experience in training educators, students, and professionals, Komal specialises in communication, public speaking, visual thinking, storytelling, professional development, and experiential learning. She has conducted programmes for organisations including JP Morgan, Abbott, M&G, as well as leading educational institutions. She is also a Consultant and Project Leader for the Jolly Phonics literacy initiative in Assam, working towards strengthening early literacy across approximately 45,000 government schools. Through her work, Komal combines visual thinking, storytelling, and experiential learning to help individuals communicate ideas with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
