Harrshit M Kansal

I completed B.E. (Hons.) from BITS Pilani and MBA (finance as a major) from IIFT Delhi. I progressively became more passionate about finance right from my undergraduate studies, where I enrolled in its several electives. I was always aware about the prestigious CFA® program, and planned to commence it after MBA. Was awarded the Silver medal by Hon’ble Minister of Commerce, GOI, Sh. Piyush Goyal, for securing university rank 2nd in 320+ students, in the flagship MBA program (with CGPA of 4.09/4.33). That only further fueled my motivation of achieving more excellence in academic and professional pursuits. I appeared in the level 1 exam while already in the full-time job. Eventually, cleared all CFA® levels in my first attempts itself (scoring in 90th percentile & better range in levels where score reports are provided). Planned studies outside of office hours or on weekends/holidays. Pursuing CFA program was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The breadth & depth of the program are immense which greatly equips one with the knowledge and skills essential to be successful in a financial career. The journey to becoming a CFA® charterholder was very rewarding, and will forever hold a special place in my heart.
