For over 20 years, I’ve managed finance operations in manufacturing companies as a Chartered Accountant. While exploring avenues for new learning, the idea of pursuing the CFA had crossed my mind several times previously. However, it wasn’t until I joined my last company and observed several colleagues pursuing the CFA that I decided to dive in. It was only when I immersed myself in the study materials provided by the Institute that I realized this was the exact learning experience I had been searching for. My goal wasn’t solely focused on obtaining a degree, although that would have been a welcome addition. The extensive knowledge within the materials, complemented by practical case studies and comprehensive global market analyses, stood out significantly. The emphasis on ethics was especially impactful. These practical examples not only set the course apart but also fostered a mindset geared towards practical application.
