Ashish Kela, CFA

Ashish is the founder of Samabhaav Solutions, where he focuses on multi-asset portfolio design for long-term investors. He has built his investment career across Mumbai and London and is also pursuing research on the application of AI to investment decision-making.An IIT Bombay alumnus, Ashish began his career in structured credit with Lehman Brothers and Nomura in London, before moving into asset management and insurance in India. He served as Portfolio Manager at Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund and later as Chief Investment Officer at Edelweiss Tokio Life, building a stellar investment track record across both roles.His experience spans portfolio construction, risk management, structured finance and asset allocation. Outside work, Ashish is a long-distance runner and a certified scuba diver.
