Randi Tolber, CFA

Randi Tolber, CFA, is Managing Director, Member & Society Relations at CFA Institute. She leads global strategies to deliver value to more than 200,000 members and charterholders and supports the network of CFA Societies across 90+ markets worldwide. Her work focuses on strengthening the global-local partnership model, advancing volunteer leadership, and enhancing the member experience throughout the professional lifecycle.
She also serves as Executive Sponsor of Women @ CFA Institute, a business resource group dedicated to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for women and allies across the organization.
Randi previously spent 15 years in private wealth management as a portfolio manager and senior investment strategist at two U.S.-based banks. A CFA charterholder since 1990, she has served on two CFA Society boards and holds an MBA, the CFA Institute Sustainable Investing Certificate, and additional credentials in climate investing and public company governance.
