Shruti Agrawal, CFA

Shruti Agrawal is a SEBI Registered Investment Advisor and the Founder of CAGRwealth, a fee-only wealth management firm. She is also the Co-Founder of CAGRfunds, a mutual fund distribution platform, and CAGR Capital, a Portfolio Management Service. A CFA Charterholder and a management graduate from MDI, Gurgaon, Shruti brings a strong blend of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to her work. Prior to stepping into wealth management full-time, she spent close to six years with JP Morgan and Mahindra & Mahindra.Having personally managed wealth for over 200 families, Shruti has developed a deep understanding of the relationship between human behaviour and money decisions, a lens that has shaped her active work in goals-based investing, tying portfolio decisions directly to what clients are actually trying to achieve, rather than to markets or benchmarks alone. She is also passionate about encouraging more women to take charge of their own finances, and frequently conducts workshops toward this purpose.
