Varun Jain, CFA

Varun Jain has over six years of experience across equity research, financial analysis and valuation. He currently serves as Assistant Vice President – Research at Dolat Capital, where he leads coverage of industrial consumables, including mining consumables, explosives, bearings, abrasives and refractories etc. Previously, he covered the building materials sector at Dolat Capital and Nuvama Group. He is passionate about learning about new businesses and industries and identifying undervalued stocks across sectors. He is an ardent admirer of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger.Varun volunteers with the Professional Learning Committee of CFA Society India’s Mumbai Chapter. He received the Society’s Volunteer Excellence Award for Q1–Q2 FY27 for his contributions to its professional learning initiatives.
