Harsh Antani, CFA, is an investment banker by profession and currently serves as an Assistant Vice President in the Investment Banking team at Keynote Financial Services Limited. He has over five years of experience across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and strategic advisory. His experience spans the transaction lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, financial and industry analysis, transaction structuring, preparation of marketing materials, investor and buyer outreach, due diligence and deal execution.Before joining Keynote, Harsh worked with InCred Capital and Acuity Knowledge Partners. He holds an MBA in Finance and Operations, is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a CFA charterholder.Harsh is also an active volunteer with CFA Society India’s Professional Learning Committee
