Kashyap Kompella is an award-winning industry analyst, best-selling author, educator, and advisor, with 25 years of experience.

Currently, Kashyap is the CEO of RPA 2 AI Research, a technology industry analyst firm with presence in US and India. RPA2AI advises venture capital/private equity firms, enterprises, and public sector agencies on transformative technologies, AI investments, Responsible AI & Governance.

Kashyap has created several courses on Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud, and Digital Transformation and delivered executive education and masterclasses for several leading organizations across the world.  

Kashyap is the co-chair of the IEEE Planet Positive 2030 Economics and Regulation committee, a global interdisciplinary group of senior academics, industry leaders and policy experts working on climate and sustainability solutions.

Kashyap is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and Indian School of Business Hyderabad. He also has a Masters in Business Laws from National Law School, Bangalore.

Sandhya Rani Mekala is a Senior Vice President and Head of Model Risk Management at The Northern Trust Company. She joined Northern Trust in 2016 and leads a global team out of Bangalore and reports to the Chief Risk Officer. As Global Head of Model Risk Management at Northern Trust, she is responsible for providing governance and oversight in the identification, quantification, and management of model risk. She also oversees AI/ML model validations, and drives regulatory engagement, including Federal Reserve Horizontal Reviews.

Prior to joining the Model Validation team, Sandhya has Managed the Fixed Income Research team at HSBC, Bangalore covering U.S and European bond market dynamics. She has also worked in the Treasury team at a large Indian multinational firm, Larsen & Toubro, managing the interest rate risk of the organization via interest rate and FX derivative positions.

Sandhya received B.Tech degree form National Institute of Technology, Warangal, and an M.B.A from Indian Institute of Management, Indore. She is also a FRM and CFA charter holder.

Sunita Naik is Senior Managing Director and Country Lead for State Street Global Advisors India. In her role, Sunita provides leadership and management oversight to a bright and diverse team of ~700 professionals spanning across Investment Research, Technology, Operations, Sales & Marketing Support, Market Surveillance, Trade Analytics, Investment/Ops Risk Management, Compliance, Billing and Finance functions in Bangalore Hub.
