Aditya Jadhav, CFA, is a veteran investment professional with over 15 years of experience across the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and mid-market private equity. Currently serving as the Co-Chair of the Career Services Committee at CFA Society India, Aditya has a proven track record of identifying high-growth opportunities and driving successful exits. His career is highlighted by his role at Kubera Partners, where he managed portfolio divestments generating over $50 million in proceeds. Most recently, he was instrumental in managing impact fund at SIDBI VC with remarkable investments such as M1xchange, True Elements, SuperZop etc. A VJTI engineer and CFA Charterholder, Aditya is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of innovators as a mentor for the Campus Fund.
